One of the gifts to Christ Apostolic Church and the world at large, Pastor Isaac Olu Eyebiokin, the Regional Superintendent of CAC Essien Region marks his 70th birthday and 50th year on the pulpit today March 10, 2023.

 

Pastor Eyebiokin was born on the 10th of March 1953 into the family of Eyebiokin at Idemo Street, Ado Ekiti in Ekiti State of Nigeria. He attended both L.A. School Erinfun and L.A. School Aafin in Ado Ekiti between 1960 and 1965. He later proceeded to Dubar Modern School Oyo Alaafin in Oyo State. Pastor Eyebiokin has been very industrious and hard working from his childhood. He once served as a houseboy before he apprenticed as a bicycle and watch repairer for 4 years (1966-1969). He worked both as a farmer, bicycle and watch repairer before he was called into God’s work.

 

His early life has been the source of his courage, discipline and efficient zeal in God’s business. Also he received the call of God into the ministry in 1970 and went to many Bible colleges for his study. He attended C.A.C.E. Bible College, Ibadan, C.A.C Evangelist and Prophet Training College, Ilesa, Osun State (1973-1974). He proceeded and bagged Diploma in Theology (Dip. Th) at Christ Apostolic Church Theological Seminary, Ile-Ife in (1884-1986). He is also a holder of a certificate in Enhanced Leadership and Administrative Training of Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU) in 2014.

 

Pastor Eyebiokin has served in C.A.C both on the field as Evangelist and Assembly Teacher in many parts of the country before he was ordained after 15 years in service. He was ordained by the C.A.C Authority in September, 1986. He worked as a field Evangelist between 1974 and 1975. He planted a church at Arigidi Akoko between 1975 and 1976. Also he had worked in old Ilesa District at Ikinyinwa via Ibokun, Omofe in Ilesa and Ipetu Ijesa now Osun State from 1976 to 1977.

 

In addition, he also worked at Owan in Old Bendel State from 1977 to 1978. Pastor I. OluEyebiokin was later transferred to Ile Oluji, Ondo State where he worked between 1978 and 1981. At Oyo Alaafin between 1981 and 1982. He worked at Jos, Plateau State between 1982 and 1984. In addition, he has another transfer to Bauchi from 1984 to 1986 and planted a Church at Misau, in Bauchi State.

 

The Cleric also worked at Idoani in Ondo State between 1986 and 1992 and planted a Church there. He came to Apomu in August 1992 as center Pastor. He became Acting D/S of Apomu District in 1993 and finally as the first District Superintendent for Apomu in Osun State from 1986 to 2000 where he planted some churches. In April 2000, he was transferred to Agugu District, Ibadan. In November 2001, he was promoted to the rank of AGS and he was the first AGS in Agugu District, Ibadan during when two churches were planted by him. In January 2004, he was promoted to the position of chairman now Superintendent by the authority of C.A.C Worldwide under the leadership of Pastor E.H.L Olusheye. He resumed duty as the Superintendent of Ekiti DCC on 23rd January, 2004. He planted three (3) Churches and upgraded many Assemblies before he was transferred to Agege DCC, Lagos state after fourteen (14) years, (Jan. 1, 2004 – Jan. 1, 2018) of meritorious service.

 

He was appointed as one of the members of president in Council by Pastor A.O. Akinosun, the retired President of C.A.C. Worldwide, also a member of promotion interview committee and a member of C.A.C Consultative Committee.

 

No doubt, he had contributed to the spread and growth of C.A.C Churches in the area he had worked both physically and spiritually. He planted three assemblies and established a prayer mountain known as Ori-Oke Aseyori in Ado Ekiti metropolis. That is why he was being honored and accorded with different laurels and positions in the society.

Pastor Eyebiokin is a courageous, diligent, faithful, bold and a much disciplined man of God that will never allow laziness and idleness in God’s work, he is impartial and always loves to maintain justice and truth; these has contributed to his progress. He is married to Mrs. D.O. Eyebiokin in 1977 and the marriage is blessed with children and grandchildren; both male and female.
