The family of Pastor Gabriel O. Ebonem has unveiled the burial arrangements of their father and a former General Secretary of Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas, Pastor G. O. E. Okafor.
It would be recalled that Pastor Okafor, who served as the General Secretary of the Church from 1995 to 1998 slept in the Lord at age 88 on Friday, December 22, 2023.
‘Night of Tributes & Service of Songs’ will be held in his honour at CAC General Headquarters, Ebute-Elefun, Lagos by 5pm on Monday March 4, 2024; while Christian Wake Service holds at CAC Olugbode Odo-Ona, Ibadan, Oyo State on Tuesday March 5, 2024 by 4pm.
The Corpse of the first Youth Officer of the Church (now Director of Youth Affairs) from 1993 to 1994 will travel from Ibadan to Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State on Wednesday March 6, 2024 by 10am. Final burial and laying to rest holds on Thursday March 7, 2024 at CAC Babalola International Miracle Camp, Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State by 10am.
The Outing and Thanksgiving Service holds on Friday March 8, 2024 by 10am at CAC All Saints’ Chapel, CAC General Secretariat, Ibadan, Oyo State. Immediately after the service, reception holds at the Tiger Officers’ Mess along Ikolaba road, Agodi, close to government house, Ibadan, Oyo State, by 1pm.
