The Regional Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Orekoya Region, Pastor C. S. A. Balogun has urged women to allow the Holy Spirit lead them in all their endeavours.
Pastor Balogun stated this on Wednesday August 24, 2022 at the opening of the 78th Good Women Conference, Orekoya Region comprising Bauchi, Benue, Nassarawa and Plateau States.
The conference held at CAC Hill of Salvation, Bukuru Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC) Headquarters, Ggero Road Bukuru, Plateau State, started with praise session by the conference mass choir after which the Regional Superintendent, Pastor Balogun admonished the women to be active in spirit and participate in all the activities during the camp.
He charged them to depend on the help of the Holy Spirit to guide them through their stay on the camp and in their lives, after which he declared the conference officially opened.
The National Good Women Leader, Deaconess V. I. Adeyinka represented by Deaconess F. L. Okumodeji gave the welcome address as the conference mass choir sang thanksgiving songs.
The Superintendent, Bukuru DCC and Coordinator Good Women Association, Jos Conference Centre, Pastor King David O. David, represented by the Bukuru DCC Secretary, Pastor M. A. A. Ogunnaike, in his Welcome Address from the text, 1st Corinthians 3:3-7, encouraged that there should not be division in the house of God, saying that working in unity gives increase.
A powerful prayer session was led by our Evangelist (Mrs.) Balogun, deep worship, donations and offerings characterized the rest of the service.
