As the 2025 Conference of Evangelists, Planters, Prophets, and Prophetesses commenced at Ikeji Arakeji, the General Evangelist, CAC Nigeria and Overseas Prophet Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji has stirred up participants to intensify their zeal for evangelism.

The General Evangelist emphasized this during a Prayer Congress held at the Babalola Memorial International Miracle Camp, Ikeji Arakeji, Osun State, on Monday, June 2, 2025, in a powerful charge.

Citing Ephesians 4:13, he highlighted evangelism as one of the ways in which God populates His kingdom and depopulates the kingdom of darkness.

According to him, evangelism is of uttermost importance to God, hence should not be taken with levity.

Prophet Hezekiah also put forward a noteworthy point, stating emphatically that any man who would want to propagate the gospel must himself be saved.

“God is looking for men to whom He can entrust the work of kingdom expansion like Philip, Timothy, and Apostle Paul.”

He also encourages participants drawing from 1 Timothy 4:13, to devote themselves to teaching sound doctrine.

Citing Matthew 28:19-20, he noted that evangelism and soul winning is Christ’s commission to His disciples hence a duty to all believers and one of the necessities for church growth.

“Evangelism and soul winning requires preaching to people about Christ, and His purpose on earth to bring men to God,”  he stated.

“One way for the church to grow is for the church to go back to her God-given purpose which is evangelism and soul winning which has gone missing in the church and truncated church growth,” he added.

At this point, he unveiled a strategic plan put in place by the church's evangelistic team to launch a church planting project across countries in the world.

Highlighting the significance of the conference, the General Evangelist said,

“This is a time to pray to God for strength, power and the fortification of the Holy Spirit towards the growth of the church and the great task ahead of us.”

Citing Luke 16:19, the General Evangelist stressed the need for church growth, specifically referencing Christ Apostolic Church.

“Christ Apostolic Church must grow,” he noted.

“The growth success is not measured by money, cars or other mundane things which can make one fall away from the path to God’s kingdom. True success, the kind that is pleasing to God is one that transforms a man into a child of God who obeys His commands. Gospel must be centered on winning souls to Christ, showing the true way and transforming hell bound people to citizens of God’s kingdom and delivering people from the danger of hell,” he emphasized.

He admonished ministers to be prepared to go through persecution and suffering for Christ referencing Acts 21:13.

“Paul said that not only to be bound but even he was ready to die with Christ, but in our days, many complain that they do not have money, they fight for positions. All of these things do not last,” he noted.

Prophet Hezekiah also commended the sacrificial lives of ministers who live in the northern part of the country and other risky parts of the world pointing them as examples for others to follow.

He then urged ministers not to relent or give up, noting that their replacements, whom God is raising, are growing by the day.

The soul-stirring charge was immediately followed by a powerful prayer session led by the General Evangelist.

The prayer congress, spearheaded by Hanson Regional Revivalist, Pastor Princewill Aimienoho, served as a groundbreaking program towards the commencement of the 2025 Conference of Evangelists, Planters, Prophets, and Prophetesses.
