Killing of Christians in Nigeria is a sign of end time- Somolu DCC Superintendent

The Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Somolu District Coordinating Council (DCC), Somolu Lagos, Evang. E.T. Akeredolu (JP) has said that killing of Christians in Nigeria is one of the signs of end-time.

Evang. Akeredolu stated this in an interview with CAC NEWS on Thursday December 6, 2018 at the Lagos City Fire Crusade organized by Christ Apostolic Church, Somolu Districts Coordinating Council (DCC) headquarters.

In his exact words; "Christians have been facing persecution for a very long time. They have been killing Christians from the Bible time even up till now. The end is very near and that is why Satan is waging war against Christianity right now. The only thing I want to tell all Christians is that we should not panic or be disturbed."

"We should just be steadfast, pray, read the bible and be ready to die for the sake of the gospel. Once you are afraid you won't be able to stand it. You should just make the decision that you are ready to die for the sake of the gospel. The Bible says if you try to save your life you will loose it but if you are ready to loose your life for Christ you will be saved and still get back your soul."

"Where death meets a Christian does not matter, what matters is that he enters the kingdom of God. The end is near, any diligent Christian that is slaughtered, burnt, crucified or killed in anyway will enter the kingdom of God because in Heaven there is no more suffering."

"The greatest problem Christianity is facing is lack of cooperation. The issue of denomination and tribalism is fighting us so we need to come together to become one in Christ Jesus, by this we will overcome the world."
