The Authority of Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, on Sunday November 22, 2020 formally inducted Pastor Solomon Oluwaseyifunmi Ayotunde Fadipe as the second Superintendent of CAC Idimu Districts’ Coordinating Council (DCC), Idimu, Lagos.

Pastor Fadipe who was transferred from Modakeke DCC, Osun State was inducted by the Regional Superintendent of CAC Akinyele Region, Pastor Moses O. Yusuff.

Ministering at the programme, Pastor Yusuff urged the church to engage in church planting which he said was part of the peculiarities of the fathers of CAC.

He however implored planters not to lay claim to churches planted by them, adding that they should borrow a leaf from the fathers of CAC who never laid claim to all the churches planted by them.

Pastor Yusuff explained that the land where CAC Ketu headquarters is built on was given to the late General Superintendent of CAC Worldwide, Pastor Olutimehin, but he gave it free of charge to the church.

He also said that those who have landed property can surrender it for church planting, stating that there are great rewards waiting for them in heaven if they can do so.

The Secretary of Idimu DCC, Pastor B.A. Alegbeleye, while delivering the welcome address at the service said Idimu DCC has been experiencing the blowing of fresh winds by the positive effects of smooth transition of its leaders at the DCC, especially since the assumption of duties of Pastor Fadipe and his gorgeous wife, Mrs. Florence Foluke Fadipe on the 22nd of January, 2020.

According to him, since the establishment of the church in 1978, different ministers ranking from Evangelists to Pastors, District, Zonal and DCC Superintendents have served painstakingly at different times working assiduously to contribute their God-sent quota to the growth and progress of the assembly and DCC.

“As at today, Idimu DCC is standing tall in the commonwealth of DCCs in CAC. It is among the largest DCCs in Akinyele Region with no fewer than 11 districts,” he said.
