As people across the globe continue to bask in the euphoria of the new year, the Director of Youth Affairs, Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro has said it is very risky to embark on the journey of this year without God.

He noted that as good as money is, it is not enough for the journey of year 2022, neither is position or education.

Pastor Gbuyiro stated this while ministering on the topic "The All Sufficient God", taking the text from John chapter 14 verse 1-8, at the Crossover Service of CAC Chapel of Grace, Ojuirin-Akobo, Ibadan, Oyo State.

The Cleric re-emphasized that everything people are running after in the world won't be enough for the journey, adding that; "if you don't have what is enough to journey 2022, it simply means you are planning to fail in the year. Anybody who want to journey in 2022 without what is enough will journey with frustration. Having what is not sufficient for the journey of 2022 will end in vain labour."

He emphatically said that what is sufficient for the journey of 2022 is God, stating that if there is anything we should request from the Lord, it should be God Himself.

"All that we need in 2022 is not money, but the Father (God). Several people who have money couldn't make it to 2022. What will be enough for 2022 is God Himself. Anyone that has the Father (God) has enough. You can't travel with God and be frustrated," he explained.

Our journey in 2022, according to him, is likened to the wilderness journey of the Israelites to Canaan as we are going to face the red sea and money won't be enough to overcome red sea.

Pastor Gbuyiro said Nigeria as a nation doesn't have what is sufficient to finance her budget, but the good news is that one can live without lack or sorrow when one journeys the year with God.
