It was a joyful and glamorous day at Christ Apostolic Church, Oke Araromi, Igando Districts’ Coordinating Council (DCC), Oworonshoki, Lagos, on Sunday, July 27th, as Pastor Stephen Oluwatoyin Ajayi and his wife were inducted as the fourth Superintendent of Igando DCC.
The induction rites was jointly performed by Pastor S. O. Aluko, the Regional Superintendent, Pearce Region and Pastor E. A Olusoko, the Regional Superintendent, Akilling Region.
In his message, Pastor Aluko declared that the essence of Christian fellowship is to enjoy the grace of God together.
The cleric who preached on the topic : 'Enjoy the grace together' charged believers to walk in love and unity in order to be able to enjoy the grace of God that is in christ Jesus.
The Regional Superintendent charged the newly inducted Superintendent of Igando DCC, Pastor Ajayi to put things in order as an avenue for the grace of God to flow without hindrance.
Pastor Aluko asserted that the instruction of Apostle Paul to Titus his spiritual son is still more relevant and needed today charging Pastor Ajayi and his wife to always speak the truth in love and refrain from unnecessary emotional outburst.
He told the ministers of God and the entire member of Igando DCC to be humble, available and productive in order to enjoy the grace of God that is planned for them through the ministry of Pastor Ajayi.
He concluded by telling the inductee and the congregation about the value of time, he held that Igando DCC is not pastor Ajayi's ministerial bus Stop therefore both the leader and the followers must put on the Godly characters in order to enjoy the grace of God together
In attendance are: Pastor S. O. Aluko, the Regional Superintendent Pearce Region, Pastor E. A Olusoko, the Regional Superintendent Akilling Region, Pastor S.O. A Fadipe, Secretary Akilling Region All District Superintendents in Igando DCC, ministers and brethren from Ado-Ekiti and Ibadan including children and family members of Pastor and Mrs Stephen Oluwatoyin Ajayi.
