The Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Isokun Districts Coordinating Council (DCC), Ilesa, on Saturday, August 22, 2026, held a grand retirement service in honour of Pastor Titus A. Adesoji and his wife, Mrs. Oluwayemisi A. Adesoji, as he bowed out of active ministerial service.
The colourful ceremony, held under the leadership of the Isokun DCC Superintendent, Pastor M. D. Olatunde, brought together church leaders, ministers, members, family, friends and well-wishers to celebrate Pastor Adesoji’s years of dedicated service to God and humanity.
Pastor Adesoji attained the retirement age of 75 on July 28, 2025, bringing to a close a remarkable ministerial journey. He also served as the former Registrar of the Christ Apostolic Church Theological Seminary (CACTS), Ile-Ife, where he contributed to the administration and development of the institution.
The occasion was graced by distinguished ministers and guests, including the CAC Orogun Regional Superintendent, Pastor E. S. Famuyide; Pastor M. K. Olajide, Regional Financial Secretary and Superintendent of CAC Ajewole DCC, Osogbo; as well as representatives of the Provost of CACTS, Ile-Ife, Pastor F. A. Olaniyi.
Representing the Provost were Pastor M. O. A. Oluwaniyi, Deputy Provost, and Pastor T. A. Fashina, Coordinator of the CACTS Ilesa Campus, Babajide School of Prophets and Evangelists.
Also in attendance were several DCC, Zonal and District Superintendents, Sunday School teachers from the region, ministers and members of the Isokun DCC, as well as family members, friends and well-wishers.
The retirement service provided an opportunity for the church community to honour Pastor Adesoji’s years of ministerial labour and appreciate his contributions to the growth of the church.
The memorable occasion was marked by thanksgiving and prayers for God’s continued grace, strength and blessings upon Pastor Adesoji and his family in retirement.
