The surprise appearance of the parents of the Director of Youth Affairs of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) stole the spotlight on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, as the Director was celebrated in grand style at the Ikeji 3 Conference.
The memorable celebration, held at the Babalola Memorial International Miracle Camp, Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State, brought together church leaders (both within CACYOF Ikeji 3 centre and beyond), youths, family members and well-wishers to honour the Director for his discipline, consistency, devotion to God and commitment to the all-round growth and development of youths in Christ Apostolic Church.
The appearance of the Director's parents, Retired Pastor Isaac Olugbenga Olanrewaju and Mrs Susanna Oluranti Olanrewaju, provided one of the most touching moments of the celebration.
The parents, who made a surprise appearance at the event, joined in celebrating their son and his wife, expressing their joy and gratitude to God for his life, service and achievements.
They prayed for the celebrant and his wife, showering them with blessings and asking God to continue to strengthen, preserve and prosper them in their service to Him.
Their presence and prayers added an emotional dimension to an already joyous occasion, drawing warm reactions from those gathered at the conference.
The atmosphere was charged with joy and thanksgiving as attendees offered praises to God and some shared testimonies about the celebrant’s life and impact.
Both recorded and live testimonies from some of the leaders highlighted his dedication to God, steadfastness in service and consistent investment in the lives of youths.
The Director was commended for his commitment to the spiritual and overall development of the younger generation, and his life of service described as one marked by discipline, devotion and a deep sense of responsibility.
The celebration also served as an opportunity for the Church and the youths to publicly appreciate the Director’s contribution and efforts towards raising a generation that is spiritually grounded, disciplined and equipped for the future.
