Igando DCC Superintendent, Pastor Stephen Ajayi
The Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Igando Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC), Lagos, Pastor Stephen Ajayi has affirmed that every child of God is a champion, regardless of life’s difficulties and obstacles.
Speaking at the Galilee prayer session held on Monday at Christ Apostolic Church, Igando DCC Campgrounds, he delivered an inspiring sermon titled “Who Will Roll Away the Stone?”.
He highlighted that the huge stone and Roman guards at Jesus’ tomb were powerless to stop His resurrection—they could only observe it.
Pastor Ajayi used this as an illustration to reassure believers that while enemies may attempt to hinder God’s plan, they cannot resist the power of resurrection, which brings miracles to the faithful.
Urging Christians to follow the example of the Apostle Paul, he encouraged them to grow in their knowledge of Christ and experience the transforming power of His resurrection.
He concluded by reminding the congregation to depend on this power in every situation, promising that it leads to ultimate victory over life’s challenges.
