‎CAC Agbara DCC Headquarters celebrates 41 years of God’s faithfulness ‎

‎Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Hosanna Chapel, Agbara Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC) Headquarters, Korogboji, Agbara Estate, marked its 41st Anniversary Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, March 29, 2026, following a week-long revival programme.

‎The thanksgiving service, moderated by the Assembly Pastor and DCC Superintendent, Pastor Joseph Omolola, featured several spiritually enriching segments. These included a special prayer session tagged Hour of Encounter, sanctification of water, testimony session, and the ministration of the Word, among others.

‎Delivering the sermon at the thanksgiving service, Pastor Adefila J.A., Superintendent of CAC Ijanikin Zone, reminded believers of their spiritual identity and responsibility, stating, “You are not just a believer; you are a steward of heaven’s secrets.”

‎Speaking on the theme, “Faithful Stewards of God’s Mysteries,” Pastor Adefila emphasized that God has called His people not to fame, but to faithfulness. He described a steward as a trusted manager and noted that Christians are servants of Christ and custodians of divine mysteries, referencing 1 Corinthians 4:1.

‎He outlined key mysteries that believers must guard diligently, including: Christ in you, the hope of glory; the power of the Holy Spirit; the mystery of salvation by grace; and the promise of resurrection.

‎Challenging the congregation, he asked, “Are you effective and efficient in your place of service?” He stressed that God will ultimately require an account of what each has done with what has been entrusted to them.

‎Pastor Adefila further reiterated the importance of preserving these divine truths, noting that “the Church grows when truth is preserved, unity is strengthened, and believers mature.” According to him, the faithful preservation of these mysteries fosters unity, builds spiritual maturity, strengthens faith, promotes holiness, encourages accountability, and advances the Kingdom of God.

‎In his concluding remarks, he urged Christians to pray: “Lord, repair my inadequacies so that I may serve faithfully in the assignment You have entrusted into my care.”

‎Following the message, Evangelist Mrs. Rachael Omolola, wife of the DCC Superintendent, offered prayers, committing the congregation and the message into God’s hands.

‎Amid an atmosphere of gratitude for God’s enduring faithfulness, Pastor Joseph Omolola announced that the church choir, Hosanna Voices, will celebrate its 40th anniversary later this year. He also unveiled the lineup of activities through a voice-over presentation by the choir’s anniversary committee. Scheduled events include a 40 Hours of Praise (spread across multiple days), an outdoor crusade, a music seminar, and a Night of Hymns and Orchestra.

‎The thanksgiving service concluded with vibrant and heartfelt expressions of gratitude, as members and well-wishers celebrated God’s faithfulness over the past 41 years.
