Ministers of God in Pearce Region, along with their spouses, gathered in an atmosphere of joy and celebration on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Christ Apostolic Church, Mushin Olorunsogo, Pearce Region Headquarters, Lagos.
The event was the Ministers’ Couples’ Feast organized by the Ministers’ Wives Fellowship of Pearce Region with the theme: “Harmonizing Your Uniqueness to Achieve Kingdom Purpose.”
In his keynote address, Pastor Stephen Aluko, Pearce Region Superintendent, urged ministers and their spouses to ensure that their encounter with God during the feast brings healing to their homes and restores love and harmony. He emphasized that Christian marriage is designed to cover and help one another’s weaknesses, not to expose or ridicule them. He further noted that forgiveness remains a non-negotiable pillar in every Christian home.
Welcoming participants, Mrs. J. R. Aluko, Chairperson of the Ministers’ Wives Fellowship, highlighted that God, being fully aware of human weaknesses and uniqueness, desires His children to dwell in love and glorify Him by harmonizing their differences. According to her, “The ability to unite in spite of individual differences is the beauty of Christian homes.”
Delivering a thought-provoking message, Pastor Yinka Alonge, the guest speaker, reminded attendees that no one comes into the world by accident, but by divine purpose and assignment. He emphasized that every individual is brought into the world through a family to fulfill a God-ordained purpose. He charged ministers and their spouses to build bridges with their uniqueness rather than walls of division, stressing that God’s will, kingdom, and supremacy must reign in every Christian home.
The feast was well attended by ministers of all cadres across Pearce Region, who left refreshed and inspired to strengthen their homes and ministries for God’s glory.
