Christ Apostolic Church, New Covenant Assembly, Lagos, on Sunday January 23, 2022 held the grand finale of The Festival of Champions for the year 2022.
This Year’s anniversary marks 12 years of God’s faithfulness over the church, and it was celebrated in a magnificent style.
This year’s Festival of Champions (FOC) was held with revival and an impactful vigil from Wednesday 19th to Friday, 21st January 2022 and concluded with Anniversary Thanksgiving on Sunday 23 January 2022 with the Theme, Great Dominion.
The Festival of Champions was graced by a host of anointed ministers of God.
Over the years, the church has experienced tremendous growth and this was properly spelt out by the Minister in Charge who also doubles as the Director of Music, CAC Worldwide, Pastor Tope Dada in his opening speech.
In his welcome address titled, "THE MAN ON A MISSION", he said that The church has consistently held various soul-impacting programs to keep pace with our God-given mandate: ‘Changing lives, and Raising Champions". We progressed in aggressive Evangelism and Missions; Discipleship Training; Mountain Prayer Retreat; Godly Business Process; Youth and Singles' hang out and Yes! We can; Leadership Academy; Couples’ Retreat; Job Search Networking; Impactful study of the Word and several developmental programs especially for the youth. The year has brought great and tremendous blessings to the church and our community. Glory be to Jesus for diverse breakthroughs.
The Pastor in Charge in his message titled; Walking in Great Dominion with its scriptural reference from Genesis 1:26-28, highlighted the Keys to walking in Great Dominion:
1. Live a life of gratitude
2. Never dabble into anything without God
3. Approach every day with the power of God
4. Don't toil with obedience to Divine instructions
5. Prepare and render quality service always
6. Always develop positive and right mindset (your thought flow is your Life)
7. Consciously develop the mindset of possibility
8. Have the mindset of holy living.
