It was a day of divine encounter at the grand finale of the 5 days Ajah/Badoore revival organised by Christ Apostolic Church, Iwolerikan, on Monday December 27, 2021.
The gathering of God's people was greatly blessed with the ministration of Evangelist (Mrs) Esther igbekele and Evangelist (Mrs) Oyerinde Florence who ministered in songs.
The District Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, West Texas District, Prophet Ebenezer Akinyele in his sermon stated that as a child of God, anything God would do for you will certainly be bigger than you, because God doesn't belong to the same level as we are.
Prophet Akinyele, speaking on the sermon titled "praying to get results," said every child of God should learn to talk authoritatively most times so as to get results, but some rather speak like an infant confused even about their decrees.
He emphasized that getting a result during or after prayer would have to do with your expectation at times, most believers just shout emotionally and call it prayer, even without any expectation.
"You might be delayed but it isn't denial, so many people get fed up and start blackmailing God with unruly words. If they don't mock you, God won't make you, remember," he said.
He added that when a man lifts you up, you can't go higher than his hand, but when God lifts you, you soar higher beyond imagination.
Prophet Akinyele concluded by saying "believe solemnly in God and hold on to see how he deals with you fervently."
