Our attention has been drawn to a post/e-flyer
circulated on Social media platforms claiming that one Sheik Ibrahim
ABDULAHI from Kenya will have a "live debate" session with our
President, Pastor Samuel Olusegun OLADELE, on Thursday May 14, 2026 by
8:30pm.
Whereas the
leadership of Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria and Overseas under the
leadership of Pastor Samuel Olusegun OLADELE does not engage in social
media debates under any guise, we consider it important to refute the
claims made by the said Sheik ABDULAHI because they are false,
misleading and capable of maligning the person and office of Pastor
Samuel Olusegun OLADELE, President of Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria
and Overseas as well as the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
For
the avoidance of doubt, Pastor Samuel Olusegun OLADELE does not plan to
have any debate with Sheikh ABDULAHI or any of his agents tonight or at
any other time.
The
general public, especially members of Christ Apostolic Church, are
hereby advised to disregard the said post and others which may be used
by scammers to exploit them.
