Minister-in-charge, Christ Apostolic Church Kingsrealm Middlesbrough, United Kingdom Pastor Titilayo Femi Kings has hosted a summit for families on overcoming relational and financial issues in marriage.
The summit which was premised on providing solutions to existing challenges faced by many homes in managing their homes and challenges held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the church hall.
The Guest Speaker, Dr. Olumide Emmanuel identified the causes of financial challenges and other issues springing up in various homes.
With different sessions on Relationship and Money that highlights the rules of love, rules of money etc, the questions of attendees where practically dealt with in an interactive session.
Dr. Emmanuel stressed on the need to understand that change is the most constant thing in the world, hence the need to learn, unlearn and relearn.
"Marriage is a covenant commitment to love an imperfect person unconditionally for the rest of our life," he said.
Stating that people's nature cannot be changed except by God, the speaker said that, knowledge is the new money that must be invested in.
"We need to learn how to use debt to our advantage. We need to learn to control cashflow," he said.
After the teaching, the event also had breakthrough prayer sessions for people's marriages and finances.
