He disclosed that his mandate would be centred on evangelism.

Pastor Aboderin added that; “by divine provision every minister has a clear agenda in the book of Mathew 28, commence reading from verse 18. So, the agenda of God is clear. Go and evangelize. That has been the pillar upon which my ministerial agenda is built. So by the grace of God, I am going to leverage on the foundation that has been laid by my predecessors. Primarily and paramountly, my agenda is centred around evangelism.

Pastor Aboderin appreciated the President of the church, Pastor Samuel O. Oladele for the role he played in his life and ministerial journey.

He explained that; " my calling into the ministry was through Baba Oladele. He taught me the ABC of commitment and boldness in the ministry. I promise that I will continue to respond to whatever the Lord has sent him to do in my life. When I was called into the ministry, I received training from him, but he told me the training is not enough, I should go to seminary. Everything about my life in the ministry has been through him. I got my wife through him. Like Abraham did to Isaac, so he did to me."

He honoured the pioneering efforts of Pastor Osuigbo, who he described as a true evangelical giant and also Pastor Chukwuezie for building on it.
