Christ Apostolic Church, Kingdom of God Zone, Ikoro Ekiti witness a moment of unlimited joy on Sunday, 25th February, 2024 as the zone was inaugurated and Pastor Reuben Olusegun Adeyemo was formally inducted as the pioneer Superintendent.
The ceremony which took place at the Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Alafia, Temidire, Kingdom of God Zonal Headquarters, Ikoro Ekiti, was marked by spiritual and heartfelt, songs of praise, ord of grace and wisdom as the induction rite was administered by Sophia-Ajayi Regional Superintendent, Pastor S. I Jayeoba.
The Inauguration and Induction Service was filled with intense thanksgiving and celebration of God's faithfulness as church members came together to offer their prayers, support and warm wishes to Pastor Adeyemo.
The ceremony commenced with heartfelt worship as the congratulation sang song of thanksgiving to God, musical redition were performed by mass choir of the Kingdom of God Zone.
The welcome address were presented by the Zonal Secretary, Elder Leke Adeyemi. He gave thanks to God for the success, achievement and elevation of the Zone within the short period.
In his message tittle "The Power of Unity of The Apostle" taking his text from Act. 2:11-17 and Nehemiah. 2:17, the Region Superintendent of Sophia-Ajayi Region, Pastor Jayeoba charged the Zonal Executives, Board of Elders, CACMA, Good Women Association, Youth Fellowship and the entire church members to cooperate and work in unity so that the new zone could witness spectacular increases and progress. He also charged the Zonal Superintendent to always allow Holy Spirit to lead and take control at all time.
He highlighted some of the benefits of allowing the Holy Spirit to be in charge such benefits as spontaneous improvement in all ramifications, securing divine favour from God and people and adding more members who are genuinely converted to the church.
The newly inducted Zonal Superintendent, Pastor Adeyemo express his gratitude to the CAC authorities for being entrusted with the responsibility of shepherding the zone.
He also appreciate the Planning Committee, Ministers, workers, Board of Elders, his wife, Mrs Adeyemo, his children and his family who were at the occasion to stand with him.
He also express special gratitude to dignitaries at the induction service such as: HRM, Oba (Dr) Olanrewaju Adebanji Adeleye (JP) MBBS, SMA The Atewegboye III, Olukoro of Ikoro-Ekiti,
Pastor S. A Oyewole Baba Lesekese, Ijero DCC Superintendent, Pastor Diya Oyedeji, Ayede Zonal Superintendent,Pastor U. I Samuel, Mountain of Prayer Superintendent, Ara-Ekiti and Pastor J. O. S Adewumi, Toluwase Zonal Superintendent, Ijero Ekiti.
The ceremony concluded with prayers for the new Zone and Zonal Superintendent.
