With utmost appreciation and thanksgiving to God, mixed with ecstasy and delight, Christ Apostolic Church Victory Assembly District Headquarters has celebrated her 50 years Anniversary and Thanksgiving Service themed "Jacob's Well" from John 4:6.

Held at the Church Headquarters on Sunday, 3rd September, 2023, with massive thanksgiving, the congregation expressed their gratitude to God's faithfulness, provisions and preservation through their dancing steps, and exciting music melody.

With the presence of the President, CAC Nigeria and Overseas, Pastor S. O. Oladele who was the Guest Speaker at the service, the celebration took an impactful turn from the revelatory and thought-provoking exposition of the word of God.

Pastor Oladele, exemplifying Jacob's Well as a case study, had charged the congregants on their Golden Jubilee celebration to ensure they live their lives for the comfort of others and meet the needs of others just as the well of Jacob had been serving it's functions thousands of years.

The Sango DCC Superintendent, Pastor J. B. Agunbiade had also conducted the appointment and declaration of Elders and Deaconesses in the church as part of the activities of the celebration.

Speaking on behalf of the Babalola Regional Superintendent, Pastor G. S. Dada who was unavoidably absent, Pastor Agunbiade appreciated God and the members for their commitment over the years, congratulating them on their feat of such massive celebration in a time like this.

In his Address, the District Superintendent of Victory District , Pastor P. O. Matesun expressed that, "today, we are giving glory, honour and adoration to God who has made it possible for us to be a living soul to witness this celebration. I want to appreciate your coming to this anniversary. We say thank you for taking time to honour God's glorious call in our lives and ministry."

"The church is fifty years on campus of the Polytechnic, Ibadan. We have passed through lots of crises before this place was allocated to us, as we know that this is the first and only place of worship on campus since 1973. Today, I am giving glory to God for this great progress and success," he said.

The anniversary was also made colourful with the cutting of cake and the group photographs taken after the celebration service.

In attendance at the event were, the President, Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria and Overseas, Pastor Samuel O. Oladele; the Sango DCC Superintendent, Pastor J. B. Agunbiade; the Victory Assembly District Superintendent, Pastor P. O. Matesun; the Special Assistant to the CAC President and the Chaplain of All Saints Chapel, Pastor T. D. Asokeji, among others.

Also in attendance were the Chairman of the day, Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola and the Chairperson of the day, Evang. (Mrs) F. A. Agboola, among other dignitaries.
