It was another day of echoes of praise backed up with fervent prayers at the opening service of 2023 Good Women Conference of Christ Apostolic Church, Ikeji II holding at CAC Babalola International Miracle Camp, Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State.

The conference which started yesterday Wednesday August 9, 2023 with the theme "Proving Our Growth Through Sound Doctrine" comprises good women from Babalola Region, Orogun Region and Hanson Region.

Ikeji II Conference Choir took the congregation to God's presence with sacred thanksgiving and uncommon praise. The opening service was also backed up with fervent prayers and prophetic declaration by God's servants.

The Chairman, CAC Good Women Advisory Committee, Pastor Joe Jacobs charged the good women on the need for repentance which he said is a major hinderance to enjoy God's blessings.

While delivering the welcome address, the Leader of CAC Good Women Association, Deaconess V.I. Adeyinka appreciated God for this year's conference.

She also appreciated the Authorities of this great mission for their unflinching support over the years, this year not being an exception.

Speaking on the theme of the conference, Deaconess Adeyinka defined doctrine as a set of beliefs that are taught or believed to be true.

She further explained that;"Christ Apostolic Church as a mission has its tenets which are sets of sound beliefs deeply rooted in the Bible. As there are sound doctrines so also are false doctrines (2 Peter 2) co- existing in Christendom. Hence, we have to be deeply rooted in the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and also grow in faith to discern sound doctrines from false doctrines."
