Christ Apostolic Church Ogbagi Zone, Ogbagi-Akoko, Odubanjo region, has held the 2023 edition of her Annual Seminar for Ministers and their wives.
The Annual event tagged "What Makes Ministers Alive to the Commission they are Called Into", held on Tuesday 12th of August 2023 at CAC Oke Alaafia Zonal Headquarters Ogbagi Akoko, Ondo State.
In his welcome Address, the Zonal Superintendent, Pastor E. A. F. Osomooba told the Ministers and their wives that God depends on them to carry out the great commission on earth, saying that God will never delegate ministry to lazy people, babies and people who don't fear Him.
Exhorting the Minister's and their wives, the Zonal Superintendent exposited the lecture, "What Make A Minister's Alive to the Commission Called Into" from the scripture 2 Timothy 2:15 concluded the address by imploring his audience to work together in one accord for the progress of the great commission.
Pastor Osomooba who also doubled as the Speaker at the Seminar, explained in his lecture the essentials of the great commission, contemporary challenges and prospects of the commission, ethical and moral behaviors and qualifications needed as ministers, domestic qualifications of husbands and wives as ministers, among others.
According to him, a minister can not have a proper and flourishing ministry without cooperating with his wife, adding that understanding God and His Fatherhood is key to rendering a fruitful and acceptable ministry to God.
Pastor Osomooba concluded with the necessity for ministers and their wives to have a robust relationship with themselves and with God for their ministries to stand out for good.
After his lecture, the District Superintendent of CAC Oke Igbala Ogbagi who is also the chairman of the programme, Pastor T. A. Akinleye appreciated the ministers present and their wives for attending the seminar, charging them to go home and build a strong relationship with themselves, the church and God.
