In a joyous and spirit-filled event, the congregation of Christ Apostolic Church, Mount Zion, LASUSTECH, Ikorodu, Lagos came together for a night that combined the essence of praise, anointing, and the recognition of God-given talent through an award presentation to a remarkable talent hunt winner.

This special occasion, held on a balmy Sunday evening, proved to be a memorable and uplifting experience for all who attended.

The evening commenced with an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation as the praise and worship team set the stage agog with melodious songs. The church resonated with harmonious voices, filling the air with a sense of unity and devotion.

Adding to the flavour of the night in honor to God were guest music ministers, Dammy Praise and Praise Olofinlade, who delivered rounds of energetic and passionate praise sessions.

Following the soul-stirring praise and worship session, the atmosphere shifted to one of reverence and spiritual significance as the anointing ceremony took place. This symbolizes the pouring of God's blessings and consecration upon individuals. The clergy, Pastor Michael Sunday Adebisi, with utmost solemnity, anointed the congregants with holy oil, signifying a fresh start and a renewed commitment to their faith journey.

One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of award to the winner of Talent 3D Project, a music talent hunt organized by the Directorate of Christ Apostolic Church Youth Fellowship which was part of activities at the 2023 Academic Stars’ Summit, Minister Praise Olofinlade.

As Praise Olofinlade stepped forward to receive his well-deserved award, the applause and cheers echoed throughout the church.

In his award presentation speech, the Minister in charge of CAC Mount Zion, LASUSTECH appreciated the Mission’s leadership for the laudable initiative.

“I, Pastor Adebisi sincerely appreciate the leadership of Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria & Overseas for the initiative to encourage our Youths to showcase their talents for the Lord despite the impropriety among youths today.”

“I also acknowledge and appreciate God in the life of the Supervising Pastor of CACYOF LASUSTECH Chapter, Pastor I.T. Ariyo”

The prize was not just a plaque and a monetary reward, but a symbol of appreciation for the talent that God had blessed Praise with and an encouragement to continue using it to glorify Him. An overwhelmed and teary Praise Olofinlade received the award in the presence of his parents, Mr. And Mrs. Olofinlade.

As CAC Mount Zion, LASUSTECH looks forward to the next Praise and Anointing program, the spirit of unity, praise, and celebration of God's blessings will continue to be an integral part of their faith journey, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose within the congregation.
