Make gospel of Jesus Christ known to dying world, Pastor Chukwuezie tells Christians on working visit to Niger State




The Regional Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Medaiyese Region, Pastor O.C. Chukwuezie has enjoined Christians to make the Gospel of Jesus Christ known to the dying world and to uphold holiness, preaching of the truth always as this is the sure pathway to build up oneself and stand firm on both feet.


Pastor Chukwuezie stated this while on a four-day working visit to State DCCs and Zones in Niger State which took place from Thursday 24th of November to  Sunday 27th, 2022.


The Regional Superintendent also emphasized that prayer is not an end in itself but it is for the use of empowerment to preach the Gospel and for character change.


In addition, he spoke on the need to have indigenes as members of the church as this will help strengthen the stability of the church and ensure longevity of the church not forgetting that the locals of the place will make it easy for spread of the Gospel to others in their vicinity.


Pastor Chukwuezie had in his entourage to Niger State Medaiyese Region Administrative Officer, Pastor Bola Agboola and his Personal Assistant, Evangelist  Dare Ezekiel Adeyemi.


The Regional Superintendent was given a thrilling and warm welcome service at the headquarter’s church of Tunga DCC on Thursday November 24, 2022.


Speaking at the Welcome service was the DCC Superintendent of Tunga DCC, Pastor S.O.A. Abiala who could not hide his joy at the visitation of the Regional Superintendent noted that the visitation will give the members of the church the privilege to ask questions and get clarity on some of the  challenges faced as a State.


The Regional Superintendent paid a  visit the Christian Association of Nigeria, Minna Chapter to further deliberate on ways to foster and strengthen the unity of Christians and also give assurance of continuous support and cooperation of CAC with the leadership of CAN advising that leadership should be centered on what can be given to serve humanity rather than the gains that can be gotten.


The visitation team then moved to Kontagora Zone on Friday November 25, 2022 and Bida DCC on Saturday November 26, 2022 to see the progress of work done by the pastors and the elders of the church and to further give courage to the members and body of Christ.


The grand finale of the four-day visit was the combined service at the Niger DCC headquarters on Sunday with joyous songs and words of encouragement.


The closing remark was given by Niger DCC Superintendent, Pastor E.O. Femi Oluwatuyi who thanked the Regional Superintendent and his team for their visit, words of wisdom and prayers stating that the visit has shown the concern the authorities have for the members and the church.


He concluded by reminding the Regional Superintendent of some of the plights facing the State as a whole and the need for the authority to be lenient with some of the performance because of security challenges faced in the State. He advised all pastors and members to be vigilant, vote wisely and pray for the peace of the nation.The chairman of the central working committee is Pastor Julius Oyeyemi.
