Christ Apostolic Church,Odi Olowo Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC), Ilupeju, Lagos on Wednesday June 22, 2022 held refresher course for ministers and their wives, Elders, Deaconess and Church Workers with the theme"Grow in the Grace and Knowledge of God."
"Glory, honour, adoration and praise to the Most High God, the sustainer and pilot of our lives, says the Superintendent of Odi Olowo DCC, Pastor J. T. Oyeyemi as he welcomes everyone to the programme.
He added that to God alone belongs all the praises who has granted them another privilege to be partakers of the year 2022 edition of the annual programme.
Pastor Oyeyemi who was represented by the District Superintendent of CAC Peaceland District, Pastor F.A Oke said, the theme of the conference is borne out of the urgent need for them to experience growth in the knowledge of God as the signs of the end times are fully displayed all over the world.
While ministering at the programme, the Curate Pastor of CAC Idera District Headquarters, Pastor Emmanuel Oluwarotimi urged the participants to be Sensitive so as not to fall through money.
He noted that whatsoever God has created is expected to grow but as a minister of God if money is what drives you instead of the spirit of God know that you would be replaced by God.
According to him, prosperity is now what many Minister's of God focus on, adding that;"messages on salvation, sanctification, sin, holiness are now becoming things of the past in churches today. We must wake up and go back to the foundation laid by God which is undiluted."
District Superintendent, CAC Mount of Succes, Pastor M.O. Adeosun urged ministers to be courageous and consistence because God never disregard their consistency in His presence especially while carrying out their duties.
He emphasized that wherever the Lord places us as His vessel, His presence, provision and power are non-negotiable, but we must learn to be courageous and follow Him to the latter.
