The 2021 edition of the annual "Abiye Global Convention" started on Monday November 8 on a high note with different powerful programmes.
It has been daily divine encounter with the Holy Spirit at the programme holding at Christ Apostolic Church, Ori-Oke Baba Abiye, Ede, Osun State with the theme "Mighty Warrior, Great in Battle."
God used guest artists such as Evang. (Mrs.), Bola Are, Evang (Mrs.) Tope Alabi and the presiding Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church, Ori Oke Baba Abiye, Ede, Osun State, Prophet Timothy Funso Akande and many others to bless lives beyond measure.

Ori Oke Baba Abiye, is one of the prayer mountains in CAC. What the prayer mountains are meant for has lost its values. Prayer mountains are not churches. They are not meant to collect tithes, conduct wedding, naming, baptism, and to have membership. They are para-churches, at least that is what is in the church history. The authorities of CAC should see to it that sanity is returned to these ori oke that they are not operating like Olumo Rock, Iragbiji Mountain, or Igbo Igbale.
ReplyDeleteI see this comment to have been borne out of deep seated envy or hatred sir, because of all things that are evident on that mountain, there could have been things to compliment instead of this criticism sir.
DeleteIs it the unprecedented multitude that Jesus gathered to Himself, or the magnificent structures that sprung out like mushrooms which are all obvious to every open eye? What about the uncountable souls that gave their lives? Undeniable miracles nko?
If you claim that they have "deviated" from the ancient norms that ori okes are noted for, then, we should throw away our bibles and go for the scrolls. We should also do away with our travel boxes and go for the ancient portmanteau of our ancient fathers. We should even have trekked down to Ede from our respective homes.
