Christ Apostolic Church Men Association (CACMA), Odi-Olowo Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC), Lagos, on Saturday October 9, 2021 held her 11th anniversary thanksgiving service.

The theme of the anniversary which was held at CAC Odi-Olowo DCC headquarters is "Men in Evangelism" with the text, Matthew chapter 28 verse 18 to 20.

The service had in attendance the DCC Superintendent of CAC Odi-Olowo DCC, Pastor J.T. Oyeyemi and his wife; the DCC CACMA Coordinator, Pastor F.A. Oke and his wife; all District Superintendents in the DCC, ministers and good women choir of the DCC; the Ministers' Wives Fellowship of the DCC was also well represented.

While ministering at the programme, the DCC Superintendent of CAC Odi-Olowo DCC, Pastor Oyeyemi urged churches to return to evangelism.

He noted that evangelism is an important assignment given to Christians by Christ and whatever is done in the house of God that doesn't go along with evangelism is futile.

According to him, many churches raise money for many things but not for evangelism, adding that any church that has forgotten evangelism is dead.

The Cleric said God in the form of man (Jesus) came to this earth for this purpose (evangelism), stating that this shows its importance.

He also said that; "anyone who has given his life to Christ must have salvation experience. Whoever doesn't have salvation experience is not yet saved, the person may be a church comer. There are many people in the church without salvation experience. God wants relationship with man, but man must first be saved and that is why we need to go out for evangelism."

Pastor Oyeyemi further told the men that coordination and planning is the work given to men by God and God wants them to take their stand in evangelism.

For better anniversary in the next and subsequent years, Pastor Oyeyemi inaugurated CACMA Choir of Odi-Olowo DCC. Posthumous awards were also given to people who contributed immensely to the growth of the association in the DCC during life time, and were received by the families.
