The Authority of Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, has inaugurated CAC Idi-Aba District, Ogun State, and inducted Pastor Samuel Kolawole Oladoja as the poineer Superintendent.
The inauguration and induction service was held on Sunday September 12, 2021 and was conducted by the DCC Superintendent of CAC Egba DCC, Pastor J.C.A. Aladesofin who represented the Church Authority.
Ministering on the topic "Our place and Call as a Believer in this Corrupt World" and taking his text from 2nd Peter 3:11-14, Pastor Aladesofin admonished ministers to get acquainted with the Word of God.
He demeaned the habit of reading the Bible because one wants to preach or teach, saying that the Bible should be read and studied regularly and always.
While delivering the welcome address, the District and Planning Committee Secretary, Pastor 'Sesan Odebiyi said "we return all the glory to Jehovah Tsidkenu for His unwavering love and support towards us since the establishment of this Church, Christ Apostolic Church Oke – Temidire, Olokuta, Idi-Aba over five decades, for his good hands upon us, and for counting us worthy to be part of this memorable event. It is by His Grace alone that we are not consumed. I salute every member of this new great District for your undaunted support from the time of processing to the time of approval and today that it’s completely accomplished. You and your generations shall be the target of God’s favour and glory in Jesus name. Amen."
According to him, they were not assigned any assembly at the initial stage but to the glory of God today they have four assemblies in the district which are CAC Oke Temidire (Idi-Aba District Headquarters), CAC God’s Kingdom Dominion Chapel, Ogun Radio, CAC Life Chapel, Ajegunle Olope and CAC City of Success, Laderin.
Pastor Odebiyi said the choice of Pastor Oladoja to be the first District Superintendent is divine as the district and most especially the district headquarters has experienced tremendous transformation under his leadership.
"For instance, we came third on remittance to the Church authority among districts in Egba DCC in the year 2020. We wish him and his family, God’s unending renewal of strength, guidance of the Holy Spirit and stunning success that would re-write the story of Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Temidire Assembly and also move the District to a lofty height in Jesus Name. Amen," he stated.
