Maiden edition of CAC Youth Fellowship online bi-monthly programme, "Faith of our Fathers" holds today

Plans have been concluded for the maiden edition of the bi-monthly programme organised by Christ Apostolic Church Youth Fellowship (CACYOF), Worldwide, tagged "Faith of our Fathers" to hold today Thursday July 15, 2021 by 5pm.

The programme would be live streamed on the official Facebook, YouTube, Zoom and mixlr platforms of the fellowship @CACYOFOFFICE.

The Youth Officer of CAC Worldwide, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro said: "in view of the obvious confusion often caused by imported and modern doctrines in the body of Christ in recent times which are in complete variance to sound Bible teachings and tenets of Christ Apostolic Church and a close observation that the youths who are undoubtedly the future leaders of this Church are right in the midst of these tempestuous waves of the modern day gospel that is being terribly tossed around and confused without any anchor of faith to rescue and stabilize them in Christ... we seem to hear the Lord's still small voice...

"Thus says the LORD, Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls (Jer.6:16.).

"Immediately, and as a matter of urgency, we feel compelled and persuaded by the love of Christ and the end time revival mandate given to our mission to bring this younger generation of Christians to the knowledge of the faith which was once delivered unto the saints and by which our fathers obtained a good report and commanded great respect.

"To achieve this, we are holding a bi-monthly programme tagged "Faith of our Fathers" for both physical and virtual audience of the Youth Fellowship in Nigeria and overseas countries."

The guest speaker for this edition of the programme is the former and retired DCC Superintendent of CAC Itire DCC, Pastor M.A. Adeoye.

The venue of the programme is CAC All Saints Chapel, CAC General Secretariat, Ibadan, Oyo State.
