Christ Apostolic Church, Yaba Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC) headquarters, Yaba, Lagos is set to celebrate her 80th anniversary.
The anniversary will start with the visit of the President of CAC Worldwide, Pastor Abraham O. Akinosun and other principal officers of the church on Sunday 6th December, 2020. CAC Yaba is joining the whole world to celebrate Pastor Akinosun's birthday at the service. Pastor Akinosun started his ministry in CAC Yaba as an Evangelist after graduating from Bible School.
Also, as part of the activities to mark the celebration of God's unfailing love, Anniversary Revival would hold from Monday 7th to Friday 11th December, 2020 by 5pm daily. The theme of the anniversary is "God's Unfailing Love" and the Guest Minister is Akinyele Region Mission Pastor, Pastor I.D.O. Akinpelu.
CAC News gathered that there would be "Walk for Life" by 8am on Saturday December 12, while the Anniversary Thanksgiving Service holds on Sunday December 13, 2020 10am.
The church, since its inception, has served as a coordinating council that has nurtured and groomed many other branches in Lagos and Ogun States.
Pastor S.E.A. Oludare is the Superintendent of Yaba DCC, while His Royal Majesty, Oba Akinola Oyetade Akinrera, Latiiri I, Olubosin of Ifetedo Kingdom, Osun State is the Chairman of the 80th Anniversary Planning Committee.
