Elder Timothy Famuboni, the most senior elder and national representative of Christ Apostolic Church Ikeji Arakeji zone went home quietly on Tuesday, August 4th, 2020.
The gospel giant and committed soldier of Christ was a dependable rallying point during his lifetime in the zone. Elder Famuboni was full of compassion and love for ministers and members of the body of Christ. His soothing words of encouragement and constant advocacy to cooperate with CAC authorities will be greatly missed.
According to the Zonal superintendent Pastor Solomon Adimula, Elder Famuboni was a devoted, trusted and committed pillar of faith in Arakeji zone. He served conscientiously until he breathed his last breath.
Pastor John Olaitan CAC One Iye District Superintendent, in his message at the Christian wake keep service eulogized the good qualities of the departed elder. He challenged the children to follow the footsteps of their father and challenged everyone present to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and saviour for noons knows his end. Deuteronomy 31: 4.
Many dignitaries and giant men of God from far and near graced the service.
