In order to cushion the effect of the deadly coronavirus which has had negative impact on economic activities of the country, Christ Apostolic Church, Faith City Assembly, Vineyard of Mercy DCC, Ogun State, recently distributed food items to a few vulnerable within Ifo and Ado Odo Otta Local Governments in Ogun State.
The assembly under the leadership of Prophet Oluwagbemi Oni did this as a succour to mitigate the hardship people are facing in a time like this.
In a chat with CAC News, Prophet Oni urged other ministers of God to emulate this, adding that Jesus during His earthly ministry, having preached to over five thousand people fed them and there was leftover (Matt14:13-20).
He also appreciated the partners of "Wakati Ona-abayo" online prayer programme, worldwide, and everyone who contributed
towards the great achievement.
Prophet Oni stated that Christianity is love, Christianity is friendship; saying that "ensure you make someone happy in a time like this."
