Residents of Lagos and its environs are expected to troop in their numbers to the annual "Night of 12 Prophets" programme which will hold on Friday December 13, 2019 at the National Stadium, Lagos, by 11pm.

The programme which is in its fourth edition is organized by Christ Apostolic Church, Peaceland District Headquarters, Odi Olowo DCC, Lagos.

Superintendent of CAC Peaceland District, Pastor F.A. Oke, told CAC NEWS that the purpose of the programme is to propagate the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

He noted that the programme is also organised to set people free from the chains of  darkness and to capture the unbelievers' minds for Christ.

Pastor Oke disclosed that previous editions of the programme were very successful in the sense that it made people understand the potency of prayer, the Word of God and power of the spoken word by the Prophets of God.

He added that "It also revealed to the people that there is power as of old in our great Mission, Christ Apostolic Church.

While commenting on the theme of the programme which is "Let There Be Light", Pastor Oke said: "as you can see how things are going globally now, the economic downturn, crisis all over, kidnapping, ritual killings etc. There's the need to invoke the power of God for quick intervention before things get out of hands. Aside this, the theme is a soft reminder that people of God can issue authority as of old which can counter all the negative forces in our land."

Major features of the programme are salvation, deliverance, breakthrough and healing.
