The Zonal Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Oshodi Zone, Oshodi Lagos, Pastor F.F. Daramola has urged ministers of God and workers in God's vineyard to be discipline in discharging their duties.

He however noted that discipline should not be expected until training and development have been thoroughly done, saying that Abraham trained members of his household and turned them to a great asset.

Pastor Daramola noted this while delivering his keynote address on Saturday July 20, 2019 at the 2019 Ministers' and Workers' Refresher Course organized by CAC Oshodi Zone.

He noted that discipline seems to be diminishing in our world today, adding that successful discipline resulted in a life pleasing to God.

The cleric define discipline as an action or inaction that is regulated to be in accordance or to achieve accord with a particular system of governance.

"The church is in the world but not of the world. Therefore, the importance of effective repositioning cannot be overstressed. Discipline should not be expected until training and development have been thoroughly done. Abraham trained members of his household and turned them to a great asset. Eaglets must be taught to soar, and warriors must not only be equipped with relevant weapons but must be taught the technicalities of victory through same. Every living organization needs effective and dynamic leadership," he noted.

He added that: "it is better to develop yourself, get set, and have no opportunity now, than for opportunities to meet you half-prepared or unprepared tomorrow. The illiterate who cannot learn is the same with literate who doesn't learn."
