CAC North America Youth Coordinator meets Pastor Gbuyiro, brainstorms on progress of CACYOF, Latunde Region

The Youth Coordinator of Christ Apostolic Church Youth Fellowship (CACYOF), Latunde Region (North America), Pastor  Adekunmi Browne last week at General Council Meeting met with the Youth Officer of the church, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro and his Assistant Youth Officer, Pastor S.O. Oke.


CAC Youth Fellowship is known as CAC North America Youth and Young Adult Ministry in North America.


Pastor Browne told CAC NEWS that he discussed with the Youth Officer some of the great accomplishment they have attained in North America.



He noted that he had the opportunity to share some of their plans with the Youth Officer and the goal of "One CAC" campaign in North America.



According to him, Pastor Gbuyiro gave him more direction as it pertains aligning some programmes that are done in Nigeria with theirs in North America, adding that they are working on how to strategically make that happen in a way that carries everyone along.


He said one of the directives he received from the able Youth Officer was to attend this years youth conference in Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun state.



Pastor Browne who noted that he will certainly work on making that a reality, said it would certainly be his pleasure and honor to attend.




While commenting on CAC North America Youth and Young Adult Ministry programmes for this year, Pastor Browne said: " By the grace of God we have our first semiannual Youth Leaders Summit for this year coming up at the end of this month in Maryland and our theme is "Discipleship." There we have training for our youth leaders to ensure they are well equipped for the task of leading the youth in a way that is relevant to our youth. We have “1CAC Day” that will be taking place the first Sunday in May. On that day all CAC churches in North America and Canada will allow the youth to lead the service and we will all preach from the same scripture and we all wear One CAC T-Shirts. We have a Marriage Seminar for our young married couples, we have our convention and many more programmes coming up by the grace of God."
