CAC Akinyele Region orders all Ministers to desist from inviting Prophet Kasali to programmes

By 'Gbenga Bankole

The Authority of Christ Apostolic Church, Akinyele Region which comprises Lagos and Ogun States has ordered her Ministers not to invite the controversial minister, Prophet Moses Kasali to any programme.

This is as a result of the video which is being shared on social media (particularly WhatsApp and Facebook) where Prophet Kasali was seen singing hip-hop and fuji songs while ministering at the 5-day open air crusade organised by CAC Temidire District Headquarters, Ogijo.

The Regional Secretary of Akinyele Region, Pastor Samuel A. Adedayo stated in a text message which was sent to all Ministers in the region that "PROPHET MOSES KASALI:
I am directed to warn all Ministers in AKINYELE REGION not to entertain the above prophet in any programmes.
Circular to this effect will be available soon."

CAC NEWS gathered that the video has gone viral on social media particularly on WhatsApp and Facebook, and this has been tarnishing the image of CAC Worldwide. The following are some of the comments on Facebook;

  7. Care should be taken. God's move can sometimes be unpredictable. God works in mysterious ways. Nobody called prophet Kasali into ministry; God does.

    1. I beg to differ on the suggestion that the use of social media platform should be stopped. How best can one propagate the gospel faster these days? You need to see it as a tool to reach more people at once other than a platform where people do what they like.
