Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide President, Pastor A.O Akinosun and outgoing General Evangelist, Prophet S.K Abiara have urged Nigerians to look unto almighty God and be in peace with one another.

Pastor Akinosun and Prophet Abiara stated this in an exclusive interview with CAC NEWS and Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) at the recently held Christmas Carol of 9 Lessons organized by CAC Worldwide.

Pastor Akinosun said that all Nigerians should look unto God the creator and provider of all things.

He noted that Isaiah 45 vs. 22 says ‘look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else,’ adding that there is no one beside God to look unto in all situations and challenges.

He implored Nigerians not to engage in unholy alliance but look unto God Himself.

“God said if we look unto Him we are going to be saved, is going to hear and be merciful unto us. We have to totally look unto Him and humble ourselves before Him,” Pastor Akinosun said.

Prophet Abiara on his own part thanked God that the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ came into the world.

He advised all Nigerians to come together and live in peace with one another, not with hatred.

According to him, the bible says in John 14 vs. 27 that “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid,” saying that Christ Jesus gives us peace and commanded us to live in it.

The renowned Evangelist said it is very important for this country to be in peace, adding that the Kingdom of God we are going is free of violence and full of peace.
