The District Coordinating Council and Regional Superintendent, Christ Apostolic Church, Ife Osun state, Pastor S.O. Akinsulure has urged ministers of God, particularly Pastors to credit all their achievements to God.
Pastor Akinsulure said this while delivering the first lecture at the on going CAC Pastors’ conference (Ikeji 1) at Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun state Nigeria.
Using Apostle Paul as a case study, he said that despite the pedigree of Apostle Paul both in the secular and spiritual, he was able to credit his achievements to God’s grace.
He emphasised that giant “I” which he referred to as ego must be put to death if any Pastor wants to grow in the faith.
According to Pastor Akinsulure giants that dwell in self “I” are giant of apathy or drift, giant of self righteousness, giant of self-deception and deceit, giant of self-centredness and giant of self defence.
