Text: 2 Corinthians 3:18. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as [a]by the Spirit of the Lord.
Introduction
"Crossover to Advance" focuses on moving from a past season (wilderness, stagnation) into a new, promised land of growth, blessings, and divine purpose, emphasizing faith, courage (like Joshua), leaving the past behind (like Israelites crossing Jordan), receiving God's grace, and taking purposeful steps into a destiny of abundance and purpose, with the core message being that God empowers believers to overcome obstacles and reach greater heights, leaving a legacy of faith.
What are things we need to advance this year 206?"
1. Divine Threshold (Joshua's Example):
- From Wilderness to Promise land: Like Israel, God calls believers from familiar struggles (wilderness - sin) to new opportunities (Promised Land - Salvation).
- Courage and Faith: A call to be strong and courageous, trusting God's presence to cut off obstacles (Jordan River).
- Memorial Stones: The importance of remembering God's faithfulness in the past to build faith for the future.
2. Leaving the Old Behind:
- Spiritual Transition: A conscious decision to move from old habits, limitations, and stagnant situations into God's new plan. Philippians 3:13-14 (NIV): "Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
- Purposeful Steps: Crossover is not passive; it requires intentionality and faith-filled action.
3. Embracing God's Purpose and Increase:
- God of Abundance: A God who wants to prosper you, leading you from glory to greater glory, strength to strength, and blessing to greater blessing. Ephesians 3:20. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
- Divine Purpose: To advance God's kingdom, bless others, and bring hope.
4. The Power of Grace and Anointing:
- Unmerited Favor: Relying on God's grace, not just personal effort, for unprecedented results. Ephesians 2:8-9. For by grace, you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.
- Empowerment: An anointing to soar, produce wealth, and overcome. Acts 1:8. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth",
Practical Application:
- Focus on God: Acknowledge Him as the source in all circumstances. Jeremiah 29:13. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
- Take the First Step: Even when it is hard, faith requires action. Joshua 1:9. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
- Live a Life of Holiness: As an identifier of a believer moving forward. 1 Peter 1:15-16. but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, 16 because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”
Conclusion
I encourage you to see a "crossover to 2026" a moment of divine opportunity to step into greater levels of spiritual, personal, and financial breakthrough, empowered by God.
