On Sunday, September 14, 2025, the Authority of Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas, officially inducted Prophet Joseph Adegboyega Ologbonyo as the pioneer Zonal Superintendent of CAC Boanerges Zone.
Representing the Authority of the Church at the historic event was the Essien Regional Superintendent, Pastor Isaac O. Eyebiokin.
The induction service, which commenced shortly after 10:00 a.m., opened with prayers and a welcome address by Pastor John Ologbonyo, who expressed gratitude to God for raising Prophet Ologbonyo as a noble, Spirit-filled, and tireless minister of the Gospel.
Prophet Ologbonyo’s ministerial journey began in Orun-Ekiti, Ise-Orun Local Government Area of Ekiti State, where he served as an Evangelist after resigning from his secular role in the local government to answer God’s full-time call.
Over the years, he has held several leadership positions within Christ Apostolic Church:
* Youth Leader at the assembly level
* Youth Coordinator at the DCC level
* Youth Representative at the National Conference
* Ise DCC Revivalist (appointed in 2016)
* Member of the CAC World Evangelistic Outreach (since January 2018)
Today, Prophet Ologbonyo superintends CAC Boanerges Zone, headquartered at Berger Assembly, Lagos. By the grace of God, the zone has experienced remarkable growth, extending to Abuja, Ado-Ekiti, and other parts of Nigeria, as well as establishing international branches in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
