On Tuesday, April 8th, 2025, at the Babalola International Memorial Camp in Ikeji-Arakeji, Pastor Samuel Olusegun Oladele, President of the Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas, dedicated the CAC Ministers' Wives Fellowship guest house annex.

The edifice comprises of nine executive rooms with air conditioning units to be installed later, a well-furnished standard canteen, 400 bedded-bunk rooms and conveniences.

The dedication ceremony brought together all the principal officers of the church and their wives, and other church leaders, who gathered to celebrate this achievement.

Chairpersons of CAC Ministers' Wives Fellowship, Mrs. Susanna Kehinde Oladele, in her welcome address expressed her joy and gratitude towards the project’s completion highlighting it as an accomplished vision.

“It is with great joy and happiness that we gather here today to celebrate the official opening of our new guest house annex to the glory of Almighty God.  This moment marks not just the completion of a physical structure, but the realization of a vision – a vision of growth, innovation and support for the use of the people of God in Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria and Overseas. Foremost, I will like to extend my gratitude to our fathers, the leaders of this great mission who are here presently this morning to officially commission this beautiful edifice and everyone who has been a part to the success of this project.” She said.

Highlighting the significance of the building, she said, “This building is more than just bricks and water, it is a place where ideas will flourish, where lives will be transformed, and where our community will come together to refresh in a beautiful and serene environment. This house shall serve as a centerpoint for education, business, healthcare and creativity.”

“It will also be a space that inspires and empowers all who work through indoors. As we cut this ribbon today, let us remember that this is not just the opening of a new building but the beginning of new opportunities, new possibilities, and a bright future ahead. May this place serve its purpose for generations to come and continue to be a source of blessing for us all.” She added.

The Regional Superintendent, CAC Pearce Region, Pastor S.O. Aluko, during the message titled “Except the Lord Builds the House,” also emphasized the divine significance of the building project citing Psalm 127:1.

He highlighted the importance of God's role in building and planning saying, “There are some roles that God has not given unto man; there are roles that God has never given unto man, but those roles He has given unto men, He also normally assists them to discover and to be ready for the gradual implementation of the program."

According to Pastor Aluko, the inspiration to construct comes from God which He supports and backs up till its completion at its appointed time.

“The idea of building either the church or the house normally comes from God most times, in form of an idea. When the idea comes, God in heaven still normally assists to nurture. Ideas do die no matter how glorious or beautiful but if they are initiated and sponsored by God, even if you forget, God has a way of reminding you and bringing you back on track.” He stated.

“God has a plan and He normally reserves it for a particular occasion. Thank God who took this initiative from heaven and at the appropriate time, He caused our mothers to think about it. Any idea initiated by God receives God’s assistance and equipping and blessings. Even those who were used for the building were built by God.” He added.

He also noted that God is always at the foundation of every successful project.

Having emphasized the divine significance and concluding his message, Pastor Aluko put forward a thought provoking question saying “What next?”

Another integral part of the program was the presence and participation of the church fathers and principal officers - the General Superintendent, Pastor Emmanuel Odejobi, the General Evangelist, Prophet Hezekiah Oladeji, the General Secretary, Pastor Emmanuel Mapur, the Finance Director, Pastor Johnson Omitinde, the Missions Director, Pastor Caxton Fasuyi also graced the occasion.

Some of the Regional Superintendents and other ministers across different levels in the church were also gathered to support the mothers.

The original plan for the structure was a two-storey building featuring two large canteens, guest rooms, and a small conference hall.

However, following a visit by the Project Implementation and Management Committee (PRIMAC), certain modifications were made, and the committee recommended roofing the building at the first-storey level.
