It was another day of history for Christ Apostolic Church, Babalola Region (Oyo State) on Tuesday August 1, 2023 as the Region welcomed her new Regional Superintendent, Pastor Gabriel S. Dada.
Pastor Dada, the immediate past DCC Superintendent of CAC Oke-Ado DCC succeeded Pastor J.O. Ogunwuyi who retired after reaching age 75 as stipulated in the constitution of the Church for retirement of Pastors.
He was warmly welcomed by DCC, Zonal and District Superintendents of the Region, other ministers and members of the Region at the Regional headquarters in Eleta, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Pastor Dada who was ordained a Pastor in Christ Apostolic Church in 1993 hails from Erinmope Ekiti in Èkìtì State of Nigeria.
He attended Local Authority Primary School in his home town, Erin Ilé Secondary school between 1973 - 1978, Ilorin Teachers College between 1978 - 79 and graduated from United Missionary Theological College Ilorin. He also attended Freelandia Bible Institute Faith Theological Seminary Tampa Florida for his Masters and Plymouth International Seminary, 2006 for his Doctorate in Theology (D.Th)
This man of God does take God by His word, his area of ministry had brought joy and happiness to many broken-hearted and homes.
He is the immediate past Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church Òkè Ìbùkún, Òkè Ado DCC, Ososami Road, Òkè Ado, Ibadan, Ọ̀yọ́ State, Nigeria.
He is married to Mrs. Rachael Toyin Dada who both share same date of birth and got married on 30th March, 1984. They are blessed with great and godly children to the glory of the Lord
