The President, Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria and Overseas, Pastor Samuel O. Oladele has affirmed that the event of the CAC Mega Praise Concert is a re-establishment of one of the tripods of Christ Apostolic Church which is Spiritual worship, others being in-depth study of the Word of God, and prevailing prayer.

"Tonight, we are gathered here to re-establish one of the tripods upon which Christ Apostolic Church was founded - that is, SPIRITUAL WORSHIP, the other two being in-depth study of the Word of God, and prevailing prayer," he said.

Pastor Oladele, who was represented by the General Secretary of the church, Pastor Emmanuel E. Mapur made this declaration in an address delivered at the CAC Mega Praise program 4.0 held on Saturday, 6th May, 2023 at CAC Olode Garage, Osun State, Nigeria.

The CAC President had expressed that, "we bring Apostolic greetings to you from the leadership of our great Church, Christ Apostolic Church. We are thankful to God for His Grace and Favour to us in the past year. Indeed it is of the Lord's Mercy that we are not consumed."

"The revival of 1930 was ignited by the fire of the revival of the word which started in 1918 when our forebears were inspired to seek the Word of God through correspondence as far as Philadelphia in America and later Europe. This robust foundation of the Word has helped in no small measure to sustain the Church  against strange doctrine and guide our leaders to this day," the clergyman continued.

According to the CAC President, the church mission is generally known as "'A People of Prayer' but we are also a people of The Word and of Worship," emphasizing the mission statement of the church which is "Leading people into the knowledge of God through in-depth study of the Word, prevailing prayer and spiritual worship".

"I am specially grateful to God for the privilege given to us to praise Him tonight. Praise is our purpose, the reason why God created us (Isaiah 43:21). Revelation 4:10 says, "You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created. I believe that tonight's Mega Praise will be a re-enactment of what happened in the temple at Jerusalem as recorded in Chronicles 5:13-14," he said.

The President also noted that "our Nation Nigeria needs the Saviour now more than before; we need Jesus Christ to light  our way and guide our path. The Lord shall visit us tonight as we praise Him and bless us individually, as families, Church and Nation," as he appreciated the CAC General Evangelist, Prophet Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji for the consistent laudable initiative.

He counselled the congregation to keep close to Jesus all the way, adding that, "If you are yet to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Saviour then I invite you tonight to come to him, confess your sins and repent of them, He will save you, write your name in the book of life and help you to serve Him."

"We trust that God will use tonight's Mega Praise to heal our land and guide us to make the right choices spiritually, socially, politically etc., in Jesus' Mighty Name," Pastor Oladele concluded.
