Saturday, December 31, 2022 was a day of maximum celebration of God's faithfulness and sufficient grace at the Zonal Headquarters, Christ Apostolic Church, Oshodi Zone as the Zonal Superintendent, Pastor Festus Funmi Daramola celebrated his Diamond Jubilee.
The whole auditorium of the church was filled with friends, family and well wishers who came from far and near to join the Cleric in celebrating the great success attained.
The celebrant, Pastor Daramola while speaking said he never knew he could go as far as his present stage but all glory to God for His grace.
He said when he was much younger he had a terrible sickness which warranted that his siblings take him to different hospitals at which, a doctor declared he wouldn't make but to God, the giver of life.
He added that though fear gripped him amidst all the challenges he encountered but he never gave up or stopped praying.
The celebrant, Pastor Daramola said,"this celebration won't have been possible without my wife. Thank you so much my lovely wife."
During the programme, the Zonal Superintendent of CAC Ayeni Zone, Pastor E. O. Adeleke encouraged the congregation not to forget their purpose of existence.
He said; "your life is very precious before God. See that you make use of it wisely, because that's one of the reasons why he has spare us, else you face the full wrath of God."
The Cleric man said, we all came to the world with the full knowledge and purpose of God, so we must see that we recognize God who has given us this life to live.
He noted that, "we all need to use our lives well before God, to ourselves and others, because it was given and what was given can be taken at any time, work for God, help people and work on yourself."
The Regional Superintendent of CAC Pearce Region, Pastor S.O. Aluko prayed for the celebrant after the word of encouragement and address the congregation to always place God before them.
The program came to an end after the cutting of cake and making a toast to the celebrant.
