The English Assembly of Christ Apostolic Church, Yaba Districts' Coordinating Council (DCC), Yaba, Lagos, on Sunday, May 29, 2022 held Children Celebration Service 2022.
It was a day the children displayed their love for Christ Jesus and expressed their knowledge of Him through their presentations and ministrations.
Anchoring all the sessions of the day's programme, including the Sermon, part of the children's presentations was a "Word Series" where they presented the Word of God as a Lamp, Foundation, Sword, Seed and Helmet.
While ministering at the programme, one of the children, Modesire Wole Popoola said, the Word of God is a Sword which destroys problems.
She also said the word of God is a foundation, it brings support, it is like water, and it purifies.
Modesire further said the Word of God is like, a lamp that gives direction; a mirror that shows our flaws and a bread that makes us not to go hungry.
The Minister in Charge of the Assembly, Pastor Abraham Akinsokeji gave kudos to the children for the wonderful performance and also appreciated all the children teachers for the good job done.
