The second batch, unlike the first batch which was organised for Principal Officers and Regional Superintendents of the Church, is organised for Director of Christian Education, Director of Music, Director of Publicity, Director of Youth Affairs, Vice Chancellor and Registrar of JABU, Chairman of Research & Development, Provost of CACTS, Coordinators of CACTS Satellite Campuses/ Faith Home Ede, Assistant Director of Missions, Assistant Director of Music, Assistant Director of Youth Affairs, Marketing Officer, Chairman of Investment Committee, Chairman of CAC Press, Chairman of CAC Television, etc.

The 3-point agenda of this administration includes Training & Development of the vast Human Capital of the Church, Reconcilation and Unity of the Church and Evangelism/Church Growth.

The theme of the well packaged programme is "Capacity Building for Effective Ministry" and it's being held at the College of Post Graduate Studies, Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU), Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State.

While delivering the Presidential Address, the President of CAC Nigeria and Overseas, Pastor Samuel O. Oladele re-emphasized that "you will recall that in my inaugural address, I stated the 3-Point Agenda of our Administration to include Training & Development of the vast Human Capital of the Church. The other two points being Reconciliation and Evangelism/Church Growth."

He therefore added that the training programme was approved by the Authority to effect the training aspect which is pivotal to realising the other two points.

Pastor Oladele who was represented by his Special Assistant, Pastor T.D. Asokeji noted that God's work is real business, quoting the book of Luke chapter 2 verse 49 which reads 'Jesus said, I must be about my Father's business.'

He added: "hence, we are expected to conduct God's business as BUSINESS indeed. One of the tools of organisational growth is TRAINING. Jesus called to Himself those who He wanted to be with Him and taught them. The disciples were teachable men. Without prejudice to our rich and enviable pedigrees individually and as a Church, there is need for us to gather new skills and competencies that will enable us do God's business profitably and creditably too. Matthew 25:20-23.

"Furthermore, we hope to establish a "Productivity-based" reward system where clear, objective and measurable Performance Indices will be applied. We have inaugurated a FACULTY which comprises subject experts who are not only grounded in their areas of expertise but are children of God too. It is our firm belief that the experience gained in this training will help us to further impact positively on Christ Apostolic Church and bring about the revival that we all hope and pray for."
