The Minister in Charge of Christ Apostolic Church, Living Sanctuary Assembly, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, Pastor Remi Adeyemi has urged on the need for Christians to be filled with the power of Holy Spirit.
He noted that no one can do anything in the Lord without the infilling of the power of the Holy Spirit.
Citing Acts chapter 10 verse 38 which says 'how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him,' he emphasized that nobody can achieve anything without the power of Holy Ghost.
The Cleric stated on Thursday November 18, 2021 while ministering on the topic "You need Power" at 2021 Mighty God Revival holding at Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu-Ode organised by CAC Living Sanctuary.
"In physics they said power is the ability to do work. When you come to the spiritual realm, the definition is correct. Without power you can't achieve anything. In this kingdom, if you're going to rise above the power of your father's house or evil pattern, you need power. If you're going to move from crawling to walking, you also need power," he added.
Quoting Acts 1:8 which says 'but ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth", Pastor Adeyemi said there are four level of witnesses which are those who witnessed what they have heard, those who witnessed what they see, on the spot witnesses and those who witnessed by experience.
While urging people to be part of those who witness by experience, the Cleric said;"if you have not received Him you can't connect the power. You can connect the power of juju, but to connect the power of Jesus you must receive Him."
