The President of Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, Pastor Samuel O. Oladele has admonished ministers' wives to justify why they are called "better half" for good reasons and complement their husbands.

He noted that every minister's wife is an Abigael, not Jezebel to her husband and such a woman must add value to the life and ministry of her husband.

Pastor Oladele stated this while ministering at the just concluded 48th Annual Ministers' Wives Conference, Ikeji 1 organized by CAC Ministers' Wives Fellowship.

The Cleric also urged ministers' wives to honour their husbands, believe in the calling and greatness of their husbands, help them, encourage them to do good, tell them the truth, care for them, understand them, pray and play with them, protect them, hold them accountable, comfort them and add value to them.

While commenting on the duties of ministers' wives to the congregation, Pastor Oladele said: "you cannot be everything to everyone in the church. Discover what God called you to do and do it. However, you must seek to understand the peculiarity of each station where you are posted to serve and not force your will on the people."

The President also told them: "you are meant to support your husband in ministry. You are neither to torment nor lord it over him or the church. Ensure that your husband stays within his calling, lives within his means and remains a blessing to the body of Christ. Let your husband be grateful that he found and married you."
