Christ Apostolic Church, Philadelphia Zone, North America (Latunde Region), had held Service of Songs for her late Zonal Superintendent, Pastor Emmanuel Odeyale.

The virtual service of songs was held on Zoom and some members of the Zone across North America were online to pay tribute to the late icon.

General Evangelist of CAC Worldwide, Prophet Hezekiah O. Oladeji who joined the online service said late Pastor Odeyale has gone to a city where there are rewards for truthfulness and godliness, saying he didn't die but translated to great glory.

He said as human being you can be called home at any time and that is why you must give your life to Christ now.

"When I reflected about the life of Baba Odeyale, on many occasions he decided to be reserved and refused to speak when he ought to speak just because he wanted to make Heaven. You need to examine yourself and think about necessary corrections you need to make. If you are weeping, weep because of yourself not because of Baba Odeyale," Prophet Hezekiah said.

The General Evangelist further stated that everyone must learn a lesson from the lifestyle of Baba Odeyale in order to have a glorious end.

"When it was 24 hours before Baba Odeyale slept in the Lord, I saw him in a revelation speaking to me that he wanted to go and rest. I called Pastor Ajayi of Ibadan the following morning that God says He is taking Baba Odeyale away for him to go and rest. I told Pastor Ajayi that it is not a matter of prayer anymore. A day is coming when prayer won't work for you again, you will just say goodbye to this world," the Cleric said.

The late icon was inducted as the pioneer Zonal Superintendent of CAC Philadelphia Zone on Sunday, February 23, 2020. He slept in the Lord after brief illness on Wednesday April 29, 2020 at age 72.
