The DCC Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Ibukun Oke Ado DCC, Pastor G.S. Dada has urged ministers of God to be servant leaders, saying that they should lead with a team of people because they can't do the work of the ministry alone.
He said Ministers of the gospel should live their lives like Jesus Christ, saying that leadership works when we all humble ourselves.
Pastor Dada stated this at the induction service of Pastor Ologunaye-Jacobs as the Assembly Pastor of CAC Òkè Ìbùkún English Mega Assembly, Ibadan.
According to him, Ministers of God must follow Christ wholeheartedly and they must set their minds on things above and live in a way that would make others to emulate them.
"Love and care for all your members. Be attentive to their complaints. You're there to serve God and take care of your members. Work hard and prepare your preaching. You need to work hard in preparation and presentation in order to tell your members the mind of God. You need to study hard. You should be a praying Pastor. Not a lousy Pastor, but someone who will be in the presence of God every time. Pray for your members regularly," Pastor Dada told ministers.
